At 4C Moisture, we take pride in the quality of our products and your experience. Please review our return policy before placing an order.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products only. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Your return request must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery, and the product must be returned in the same condition it was received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, items with broken seals or tampered packaging, or products returned after the seven (7) day return window.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a photo of the shipping label. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit depending on the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial decision. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping fees, or store credit may be offered as an alternative. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
